Job Description:
- Assist project managers with grant management and processing (e.g. assessing completeness of submitted claim form, tallying claim items with supporting documents such as invoices and receipts, drafting claim assessment form for project managers' endorsement etc)
- Data entry work (e.g. uploading past call reports into the BizEngage system, transferring name card information into SharePoint compilation and BizEngage database etc)
- Miscellaneous work (e.g. assisting with event organizing)
Working Arrangement:
Location: JEM
Salary: $2600/Month
Contract Duration: 6 Months
42 hours/week, Monday to Friday
8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs)
8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
Job Requirements:
Candidates with prior experience handling grants or finance-related work would be preferred
