- Ensure reception area and ground is kept clear and free of confidential material
- Meet and greet internal and external visitors at the front desk
- Provide range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, accounting administration)
- Arrange meeting room bookings and printing services.
- Handle incoming calls, relay messages and manage staff phone directory
- Organizing incoming and outgoing mail/courier
- Booking courier, taxi,
- Able to handle travel and hotel arrangements
- Manage booking calendar of meeting room, ensure meeting room is neat and tidy
- Ensure pantry is well-stocked.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Relevant experience in customer service / reception
- Good communication skills
