Responsibilities
- Process and administer the full spectrum of training activities, including conferences, courses, and programs for staff.
- Seek approvals for training activities.
- Coordinate with department coordinators and staff on their training requests.
- Monitor the training budget.
- Process and monitor payments.
- Capture and maintain training records.
- Provide coordination, logistics, and administrative support for training activities.
- Support learning and development initiatives and programs.
- Update training databases and records.
- Compile and present learning statistics and evaluation results.
- Handle application and recovery of training grants.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related course of studies
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Training & Development;
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, and Word;
- Experience in SAP HRIS and Learning Management System is an advantage
