Responsibilities

  • Process and administer the full spectrum of training activities, including conferences, courses, and programs for staff.
  • Seek approvals for training activities.
  • Coordinate with department coordinators and staff on their training requests.
  • Monitor the training budget.
  • Process and monitor payments.
  • Capture and maintain training records.
  • Provide coordination, logistics, and administrative support for training activities.
  • Support learning and development initiatives and programs.
  • Update training databases and records.
  • Compile and present learning statistics and evaluation results.
  • Handle application and recovery of training grants.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related course of studies
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Training & Development;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, and Word;
  • Experience in SAP HRIS and Learning Management System is an advantage
