We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center deployments and the construction of large-scale infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute data center deployments and build large-scale infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and manage network routing and switching protocols including BGP, TCP/IP, VLAN, ISIS, OSPF, and MPLS.
- Perform basic tasks using the Linux/Unix command line interface.
- Analyze complex situations and employ advanced troubleshooting skills, utilizing systems and tools to creatively solve problems under pressure.
- Work with Service Provider network hardware platforms and architectures, including routers, switches, and data center switching platforms (preferred).
- Conduct field-based work in data centers, ensuring efficient and reliable network performance.
Qualifications:
- 8-14 years of relevant experience in network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of network routing and switching concepts and protocols.
- Proficiency in using Linux/Unix command line interface.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in high-pressure environments.
- Previous experience with Service Provider network hardware and data center architectures (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with field-based work in data centers.
