Job Description:
1. Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/ UHNW clients;
2. Build and develop a deep understanding of clients’ investment needs;
3. Provide sound financial advice to clients working in partnership with different internal teams;
4. Be a strong advisor to the clients in their wealth planning and work to continually strengthen the client relationships
5. Ensure compliance to the bank's and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in private bank or wealth management sector.
3. Carry out analysis to identify opportunities for expanding customer base and improving sales.
4. Have mutual understanding of client centricity.
5. Proven good track record in IWM business.
6. Sound knowledge of private banking products, wealth Inheritance, tax & legal consultation, global real estate etc.
7. Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity
9. Team player with the ability to collaborate widely with various internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention
