Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: Up to $3800 + Performance Bonus
- Time: Monday - Friday, 0900-1800 hours
- Location: 6 Harper Rd, Leong Huat Building, Singapore 369674. Nearest MRT is Mattar
Job Responsibilities:
- Being involved in all stages and function as key person for project execution for smallscale projects
- Be able to configure the AV Systems for the projects assigned
- Hardware and software installation, minor racking may be required at times
- Review and understand statement of works, drawings and schematics, to determine time to deliver and resource planning and management for the project period
- Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and onbudget completion of the project
- Function as the focal point for internal and external project communication and documentation
- Coordinate activities with general contractor, construction manager, owner and other trades as required
- Responsible for effective communication with customer including change orders and delivery, project status, etc., as required
- Provide regular updates, reports and supporting documents on projects to stakeholders (internal and external)
- Attend meetings on-site, via scheduled calls as required
- Attend site surveys with the Sales team, if needed
- Play a supportive role in other projects during lull period
- Provide user training, if required
- Project documentations
Requirements:
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the operation, engineering and / or installation of AV systems.
- A strong knowledge of audio, video and networking engineering fundamentals
- Understand AV system functionality and installation processes and techniques
- Understand technical and construction documents
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups
- Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills leading to successful completion of a project by a specific due date
- Any industry certification will be an advantage
