As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will lead digital marketing initiatives - driving our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing customer engagement strategies across various digital channels. Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms (such as SEO/SEM, PPC, social media and email marketing) to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, boosting revenue, and driving visitorship to Kiztopia outlets and events.
2. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
3. Collaborate with team members to craft compelling content for diverse digital platforms, ensuring unified brand messaging and tone, while overseeing TikTok strategy to engage followers and foster online community growth.
4. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
5. Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing activities.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and operations, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
7. Oversee regional social media pages to ensure alignment with corporate brand guidelines, analyze regional data for actionable insights, and support regional marketing teams where required.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve digital marketing practices and strategies.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successfully managing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, preferably in the edutainment industry or related.
2. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing, with hands-on experience in implementing successful campaigns.
3. Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and deriving actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI across all marketing activities.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
6. Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
Qualifications Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Technical Competencies:
1. Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing to achieve business objectives.
2. Proficient in social media strategies, managing corporate accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and leverage analytics to optimize engagement, foster community growth, and drive brand awareness.
