Scope and Responsibilities:
- Internal audit programs, including process safety audit preparation, process and follow-up
- Administrative support for ISO 50001 implementation, e.g. yearly ISO 50001 MR, yearly recertification audit, etc.
- Deliver risk management improvement that includes risk assessment rubric digitalization and review process by RM trained personnel
- Implement online digitalization tool for safe method form
- Support new chemical approval and review of new SDS submitted by supplier (including chemicals from new product introduction)
- Support ergonomic evaluation for new operation
- Support the EHSS promotional event
- Assist in IH data upload into online portal
- Assist in new project – SOP Virtual Assistant
- Render manpower support for Occupational Health documentation program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
