Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Program Manager to support the APAC region. This role involves planning, managing, and executing multiple special projects and programs to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with digital marketing and CRM tools, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple special projects or programs in the APAC region.
- Develop detailed project plans for each program, including scheduling, promotion, content creation, logistics, and campaign execution.
- Ensure each program is executed with excellence, focusing on branding, lead generation, data capture, and coordination with 3rd party vendors and brand partners.
Collaborative Marketing Initiatives:
- Work across the organization on collaborative marketing initiatives and co-branded experiences.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to extend the reach and impact of programs and campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to generate, assign, nurture, and report on leads.
Sales Support:
- Support the sales team with custom nurture campaigns across various channels.
- Set up and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing efforts.
- Setup campaigns and workflows in Pardot and Salesforce CRM.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze performance, ROI, and customer feedback to optimize future programs and campaigns.
- Prepare and present reports to sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Manage assigned budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control costs to achieve desired outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze best practices and industry trends from peers and other high-performing companies for insights and recommendations on continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, marketing program management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to executing programs with excellence.
