Job Responsibilities
· Handle and maintain full set of accounts for companies within portfolio
· Process all purchase invoices, expense claims and supplier payments on a timely basis
· Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly financial reporting
· Handle daily cash and sales reconciliations
· Handle intercompany billing
· Liaise with Auditors during the yearly audit
· Ad hoc duties as assigned by Finance Supervisor/Manager
Job Specifications
· Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA and equivalent professional qualifications
· At least 1 years of relevant experience
· Proficient in MS Office
· Good understanding of GST is preferred
· Self-motivated, meticulous and/or be a proactive team player
· Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently or with minimum supervisio
