Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Marketing team and develop and drive regional growth strategies for the group
- Work with country leaders and country teams to drive business growth in both direct and indirect markets
- Lead sales and BD efforts for strategic growth segment in the region
- Lead and establish regional b2b partnerships and drive collaborations and b2b business for the region
- Identify niche market segments, creating market awareness, and new product positioning and launch as well as market development.
- Lead and support all Company's subsidiaries and distributors to achieve the mutual business goals in terms of growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective marketing programs to accelerate growth.
Requirement
- Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent, MBA is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with 5 years of people management
- Regional P&L, BU Leading experience, covering relatively regions and market for SEA and Taiwan is a plus.
- Strong experience in developing new markets through effective strategies to grow the business in regional level.
- Strong understanding of the SEAT region/markets. Ability to speak at least one other language from the region is a plus.
- Strong ability to impart product, sales/marketing knowledge, business knowledge, to sales staff and support staff through regular training, motivating, counselling, mentoring, etc.
- Distributor management experience
- People management experience, ideally manager of managers/leaders
- Experience in driving/leading partnerships, BD&L efforts is a plus.
- Ability to travel about 50%
