Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complete sets of accounts for assigned company portfolios.
- Process all purchase invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments promptly.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly financial reports.
- Conduct daily cash and sales reconciliations.
- Administer intercompany billing procedures.
- Collaborate with auditors during annual audits.
- Undertake additional tasks as delegated by Finance Supervisor/Manager.
Job Specifications:
- Hold a Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong grasp of GST principles is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or with minimal supervision.
