Monthly Salary: up to $2,600 per month
Contract Duration: 9 Months Contract
Job Scope:
- To carry out administrative works for records management and assist with room setups and logistic support for approximately 100 rooms. The role would require the candidate to move around between different level of our building (with lifts at all floors).
- The candidate would be supporting the team with the verification and indexing of both physical and electronic files, coordinate with stakeholder to ensure sufficient snacks are provided at designated areas, stock-take and safe keeping of corporate gifts and souvenirs in metal cabinets.
- The candidate would also have to liaise with internal stakeholder and co-ordinate with our service providers to ensure the that all room setups are completed in a timely manner to support various exam activities. This would include being the primary point of contact to the stakeholder, carry out physical checks at the meeting venues in our building against the layout requirements, and close communication within the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Excellent with Microsoft software and well-verse with computer skill
- Able to interpret simple room layout plans.
- Physically fit as the role involves regular handling and movement of heavy objects.
- Good in communication and organisation skills, team player
