(Full-Time, Internship/ Part-Time Positions Available)
We are seeking for IT Support and Laptop Technicians to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have past experience or background in computer hardware repairs, computer troubleshooting skills. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing hardware and software installations and handle laptop repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and other tablet devices.
- Perform hardware upgrades and installations.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in computer hardware repairs and IT support.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (We focus mainly on Windows OS and Mac OS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with laptop and desktop hardware repairs.
