This is an inital 6 months contract role (subject to extension) to help ramp up the recruitment efforts for the company's expansion plans. The role includes but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening to job offering and onboarding of new hires.
- Review and draft job descriptions (JD) for hiring managers and walk through the JD with them.
- Source for candidates independently via all available channels to meet business needs.
- Conduct initial preliminary screening of candidates including interviewing, arranging and coordinating interview with hiring managers.
- Ability to hire quality tech positions within a short period of time.
- Maintain recruiting pipeline, keep track of status and updates.
Requirements:
- 3 years or more experience in sourcing and closing candidates within the tech industry
- Tech recruitment experience is a plus
- Strong in written and verbal communication
- Self-starter, independent, proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
