Looking for an experienced maker who’s able to manage the kitchen operation and service staff. Has a passion to train and mentor those who will be under him/her.
Requirements
- With working experience in bakery shop or kitchen.
- Passionate in baking with creative ideas and be proactive as a team player.
- Ensure smooth operation & food served are of consistent quality at all times
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily production of breads, cakes, and pastries
- Create & add new products.
- Minimize wastage & spoilage of ingredients and food items
- Compliance of all food safety standards
- Maintain clean & safe environment in all time
