Key Responsibilities:
- Confident in communicating with various stakeholders.
- Process Review and Optimization: Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Payroll team and cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined processes that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, making adjustments as needed.
- Automation and Technology Integration: 1. Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration. 2. Ability to understand and summarize complex business situations to streamline Payroll processes. 3. Work closely with DTIT and technology teams to develop and implement automated solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Do documentation on Payroll Standard operating procedures / processes.
- Participate in projects(s) and do user acceptance testing as required.
- Responsible for timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- SAP payroll experience is a must.
- 5 to 10 years of work experience (includes 3 years of experience in process improvement)
- Degree graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, and strong presentation)
- Individual who could foster collaboration and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Strong in Standard operation procedure documentation.
- Able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn, embrace changes and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive individuals with the ability to generate creative solutions, think beyond conventional boundaries, and actively drive positive change.
- Experience in working closely with IT team to manage projects is an advantage.
- Project management and planning experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience in SAP Payroll is a must.
- Knowledge of basic accounting.
- English and or Chinese business proficiency
