5.5 work days

Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:45pm, Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm


Jobscope:

  • Attend visitors and handle phone calls
  • Verify supplier invoice quantity, unit rates and update into system
  • Process invoices and follow up payment with customers and monthly payment to supplier
  • In charge of pantry and stationery inventory upkeeping and purchases
  • Distribute documents and letters to relevant departments
  • Sort out documents received from sites
  • Manage new asset purchase and assist company events
  • Other ad-hoc duties may assigned
