Job Summary:
inlingua School of Languages is seeking a talented and dynamic Creative and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing creative media, running effective marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, and maintaining our website. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to enhance our brand and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including print, web, email and social media.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with the school's branding guidelines.
- Produce marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and digital ads.
Creative Media Production:
- Produce and edit videos for promotional purposes, events, and social media.
- Manage the production of other multimedia content, including animations and interactive media.
Photography:
- Capture high-quality photos of school events, classes, and facilities.
- Edit and enhance photos for use in marketing materials and social media.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including paid advertising on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
Social Media Management:
- Maintain and grow the school’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Develop and curate content that aligns with the school’s goals and audience interests.
Copywriting:
- Write compelling copy for marketing materials, advertisements, and web content.
- Ensure all written content is clear, concise, and on-brand.
Website Maintenance:
- Manage and update the school’s website to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot any website issues and implement new features.
- Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) and improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and creative media production.
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with photography and video production/editing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for good design.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Planable, and MailChimp.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM and SMM best practices.
- Familiarity with web design basics is a plus.
