Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join our award-winning team. You will collaborate with team members to develop concepts and key assets for various campaigns, social media, and digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative solutions for digital design challenges
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to internal teams and clients
- Create storyboards and produce video content for social media platforms
- Stay updated with current visual and video trends to suggest fresh content ideas and social media best practices
- Handle challenging timelines and situations with a positive attitude
- Work independently and take initiative
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Strong understanding of: Graphic design and typography, Motion graphics and animation, Photography and videography
- Additional skills in illustration and familiarity in Generative AI are a bonus
Typical Activities
- Ideate on creative briefs
- Create static and video content for social media and newsletters
- Collaborate with senior team members for feedback and improvements
- Develop key visuals for campaigns and adapt them for various digital media
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Support the creative lead during pitch periods
Portfolio Requirement
- Present a portfolio showcasing previous digital projects.
