Job description
The Role
We're looking to bring in an Social Media Executive to join our award-winning team. You can be either new to the advertising industry with some experience, a fresh graduate looking for your start in marketing, or even someone mid-career who's looking for a switch in careers.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation and calendars
- Content calendar creation
- Creative briefings & ideation
- Content strategies which includes platform/trend/market/competitor research
- Support the development of creative campaigns of all scales
Platform management
- Ownership of managing clients’ social platforms independently – Primarily Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Optimise social strategy implementation based on regular insights gained from social media analytics
- Manage communities on Facebook, Instagram and other applicable social media channels
- Plan, manage and optimise social advertising / paid media
Insights
- Develop a broad understanding of reporting metrics to help improve and strengthen social content development
- Formulate monthly/quarterly analytical reports to better overall implementation of social strategy
Client Management & Project Management
- Day-to-day liaison with clients to manage briefs, brainstorm ideas, advise clients on best practices, track success of campaigns, put forth recommendations, etc.
- Interact confidently with clients (working team) and ensure day-to-day satisfaction of the clients.
- Consistently manage client’s expectations, ensure delivery of highest service quality, and solicit and act on client feedback.
- Escalate/resolve all work-related conflicts with key clients in the shortest time possible.
- Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
Strategic Involvement
- Support team to ensure strategies are being translated successfully into campaign deliverables.
- Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
- Participate in strategic development of new business.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
