Responsibilities
· Handling administrative matters for the department and company's commercial subsidiaries, such as invoicing, communicating with external and internal parties for requests and discussions
· Management of credit report purchase record and environmental data
· Communicating with internal and external parties for clarifications and requests to maintain data accuracy
· Coordinating with commercial departments on compilation/ analysis of COAs, Credit report review, performance report management for Monthly Closing etc.
Requirements
· Basic accounting skill and knowledge; Experience in handling invoicing work (AP/AR/GL)
· Proficiency in MS office applications such as Excel and managing various data
· Ability to understand commercial knowledge of company's business
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong command of spoken and written English and Japanese language to be able to have effiective business and cultural communications with our Japanese offices, external parties and subsidiaires
