- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and statements.
Payroll Assistance
- Assist in preparing monthly workers' working days and overtime for payroll purpose.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, and deductions.
- Handle payroll queries from employees.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in job postings and resume screening.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare and manage onboarding documentation for new hires.
Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Employee Relations and Support
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
- Support performance review processes.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Minimum Good ‘O’ levels results/ ‘A’ levels / local Polytechnic Diploma
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- PC literate in MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email etc.
- Good team player with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team
- Possess strong initiative, good interpersonal & communication and negotiation skills with different levels of people
- Self-motivated, organized, meticulous and able to multi-task and work under pressure
Working Hours : 8am-5pm(Mon-Fri)
