What We Are Looking For:

- Qualified lawyer with 0 to 3 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in corporate and M&A transactions preferred
- Good drafting, critical thinking and research skills
- Motivated and detail-oriented, eager to learn and committed to high-quality work
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in general corporate and M&A transactions, and other matters as needed
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements
- Provide legal advice and support to clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collaborate with team members on various projects
