Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations activities
- Utilize and manage resources to ensure efficient and effective management of the clinic
- Supervise a team of non-executive operations/ support staff
- Establish effective collaborations with other departments, clinics and service partners to support patient care delivery
- Assist in the implementation of new initiatives
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Recognised degree in any discipline
- Some experience in healthcare and/ or operations work is preferred
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
