We are seeking a skilled and experience Audiovisual Specialist to join our Global Tech MNC client. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and providing customer experience solutions with latest technologies covering Digital Signage, Meeting Room Solutions, Video Conferencing, Streaming, Live Event Support. The candidate will also be responsible to collaborate with Facilities teams for supporting. Additionally, the candidate will also need to be available to support the regional leadership team during important conferences.
Responsibilities
- Perform 2nd level support for Meeting Room solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Digital Signage, Cisco VCS Systems including, but not limited to, supporting solutions involving other technologies.
- Provide technical consultancy to end users to ensure problem resolution is achieved in the shortest possible timeframe.
- Communicate and liaise with departments; notify appropriate parties immediately of any issues which may affect efficient operations including, but not limited to, outages, service disruptions, and repeated customer complaints.
- Thinking outside the box and develop creative solutions.
- Familiarity on Network topologies, protocols, cabling, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Teams and Unified Communications.
- The ability to communicate effectively while working with internal and external customers.
- Ability to Multi-task and work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated.
- An enthusiastic positive attitude towards working in a team environment.
- Interface with customers to gather appropriate details.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of industry specific experience in Voice and Video and AV technologies, which can be a combination of experience in the telecommunications / network and equivalent professionally qualified education
- Strong understanding of live Virtual event workflow
- Strong process orientation and proven planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills along with effective oral/written communication skills.
- Good level of competence in the following: Microsoft Teams & Event hosting, Cisco video endpoints. AV technologies and Web streaming solutions (such as Vbrick) experience are preferred.
- Familiar with MS Teams configurations.
- Understanding of AV equipment, signal flows, architecture and live system setups for broadcasts
- Understanding of streaming media workflows, CDN connectivity and media distribution for live and on-demand content both within an enterprise network and externally
- Demonstrated ability to systematically troubleshoot problems in complex voice and video environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Search & Recommendation
- Experience with Building Machine Learning Models and Language ModelsDeep Learning and AI Toolkits: Familiarity with Spark, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
Innovative Thinking: Experience with Deep Learning, Bandits, Probabilistic Graphical Models, or Reinforcement Learning.
Education
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other technology field.
- Microsoft and / or Cisco certifications are desirable.
