KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level (non-fee earner) across Consulting, Executive Search and Professional Search.
- Conduct market research and mapping to identify top talent that aligns with Korn Ferry’s current and future needs.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates
- Drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at top of the funnel.
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
- Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions.
- Champion an exceptional end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring timely and impactful communication throughout the hiring journey.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally, a mix of agency and in-house roles.
- Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leaders.
- Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Keen ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment.
- Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances.
- Excitement to balance autonomous, proactive efforts with collaborative, team-minded workstreams.
- Experience in solving complex hiring challenges independently.
