Specific responsibilities include:
- Coordinate, prepare and execute flow of price information and port information to interested parties within the organization
- Extract performance statistics for analysis
- Assist both Sales and Administration in ensuring correct, up to date paper trail of fixtures, maintain concise filling system
- Managing of contract administration & generating sales confirmations to customers based in Asia
- Assist in other administrative functions
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- 3 years of experience in a customer support role; preferably supporting a sales team
- Experience in the marine, aviation, shipping or oil industry is a plus
- Organized, meticulous, task oriented and strong sense of urgency
- Ambition to grow within a fast-moving organization, Organized, detail oriented, task oriented and deadline sensitive
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At ease working in multicultural environment and has the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
- Strong written and oral communication English skills, candidate who can speak Korean will be a plus
