Job Scopes:
- Perform 3D/CNC programming and setup of CNC milling machines.
- Knowledge of machine tools, speeds, feeds, and insert technology.
- Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing processes: setup, programming, and operation.
- Provide technical support for production issues, including designing jigs and fixtures for machining, with a solid understanding of manufacturing and redesign.
- Plan and improve machining processes to reduce cycle time, increase productivity, and enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Verify conformance of finished parts to specifications using measuring and inspection tools.
- Plan and schedule daily work deployment.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in using MasterCam for programming.
- Familiarity with Hurco or Fanuc control systems.
- At least 3-8 years of experience in related field.
