The Role:
Are you a visionary leader with a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our agency and lead our talented team of designers and creatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative concepts for a wide range of projects, including advertising campaigns, branding, digital media, and more.
- Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and clients to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind design decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role within an agency setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a creative team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
