Job Description:
- Assist in managing daily plant operation and review the operation process/workflow periodically as well make recommendation for improvement.
- Oversee the operation of unloading and transfer of waste (liquid/oily flammable) storage tanks safely and ensure the related pumps, equipment and machinery are maintained in good condition.
- Assist Operation Directors in monitoring the safe flow and backlog of TIW (Toxic Industrial Waste) by working in tandem with other departments such as sales, EHS, infrastructure, and operations.
- Collaborating with various department heads to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Assisting with budgeting, cost tracking, and preparing monthly reports related to plant operation.
- Provide training and development to the staff on SOP/RA/EHS/5S and etc.
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With related process engineering experience in chemical industry preferred.
- Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office.
- A detailed oriented and organized person.
