- Handle documentations and operation of freight shipments
- Responsible for managing and coordinating Import and Export shipments
- Coordinating and resolves shipment issues
- To communicate efficiently with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pick-up and delivery of shipments
- Ensure customer requirements are meet, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise
- Ensure related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee, shippers and agents
- Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate and timely manner
- Effectively follow up with airlines and oversea offices on any short-landed, damaged or any discrepancy cargo
- Answering to customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain good customer relationship management
- And any other work delegated to you by the Management pertaining to the interest of the company
- Follow up on outstanding bookings and query resolution
- Complying with company directions, policies and SOPs
