Responsibilities
• Support new hire onboarding/ resignee exit clearance & related matters
• Co-ordinate & facilitate HR/ Corp Resource regular & ad-hoc workshops or events, including ordering of refreshments/ processing of payment etc.
• Prepare & enhance HR/ Corp Resource presentation materials/ process mapping/ documentation & etc.
• Support HR/ Corp Resource projects & employee engagement activities
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / HR with experience in HR support
• Independent, process-oriented and comfortable to provide front-end and back-end support
• Meticulous, analytical, a problem solver who is comfortable to work in a face pace team environment
