Tele Appointment Specialist - Financial Sector
5.5 Working days - Monday - Friday (10 am - 7 pm)
Sat (10 am - 3 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to partner's customers to schedule appointments.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships via phone calls, email, or other electronic communication channels.
- Address customer inquiries and objections confidently.
- Meet business conversion targets, such as contact and appointment rates.
- Ensure accurate documentation and updates on activities, leads, and appointment details.
- Conduct all call activities in strict compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably with outbound calling and sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and any relevant local languages.
