Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Account Management
· Serve as the focal point of contact for all customers’ account management matters.
· Monitor sales KPI and team’s target.
· Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers.
· Identify potential business opportunities with prospects and/or existing customers.
2) Operations Support
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth operation on staff management.
· Responsible to track PO status and assist in quotations.
3) Recruitment
· Working closely with recruitment team to fulfill clients’ staffing requirements.
· Align clients’ expectations proactively and update recruitment status with clients regularly.
Requirement:
· Degree/Diploma in Finance or Business Management
· Excellent in data analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
· Excellent planning and organizational skills
· Customer-oriented and self-motivated
· Willingness to learn, regardless of prior experience
