Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations ie take orders, prepare and serve beverages to members, customers.
- Attending to walk-in customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of work areas / within the counter.
- Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period.
- Attend to members’ and customers’ queries and feedback to provide positive members’ and customers’ experiences.
- Adhere to the operating procedures on all beverages to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
- Provide feedback / comments / constructive input to improve processes / practices.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
- At least 1-year relevant working experience.
- Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.
- Clean and hygienic in food handling.
- Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
- Preferably with experience working in bubble tea store.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
- Flexi working arrangement.
- Singaporeans / SPR preferred.
