Marketing cum Customer Service Executives are key to driving our marketing efforts and enhancing customer engagement. This position involves managing the following primary responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities to promote search optimization and paid advertisements across various channels (SEO and map-driven apps popular with Chinese communities, WeChat and linked mini-programs, Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok, and the Bytedance ecosystem).
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the programmes, their benefits, and teaching methods to effectively plan and execute marketing activities.
- Contribute to the overall Branding and Marketing Objectives and Key Results effectively.
- Support Operations and Product team by developing plans and executing marketing activities to reach out to individual or group of customers via various channels.
- Utilise existing apps and functions to increase overall efficiency. (Wechat/Omnichat chatbot functions, customer reward functions, etc.).
- Monitor and measure the cost-effectiveness of communication channels.
- Explore and assist in implementing AI-powered apps to enhance chatbot and customer reward functions to increase overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Frequent use of Chinese apps for marketing and customer engagement, fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Proficient in standard English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fast and eager to learn as part of an agile team.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields.
