Main Role and Responsibilities

Duty and responsibilities:
- The individual in this position will be accountable to the Finance Manager and will be an integral part of a team. The primary responsibilities will include managing complete sets of accounts, preparing detailed financial and management reports, coordinating with both internal and external auditors and agents to ensure compliance, overseeing treasury operations, generating GST reports, and performing thorough bank reconciliations.
- Generate financial documentation, including but not limited to bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders. Conduct comprehensive reviews of ledgers and accounts to identify any inconsistencies, trace them back to their origin, and rectify them as necessary.
- Administrative work
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's Degree holder in accounting
· At least five years of working experience in the operational accounting function
· Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
· Thrives in high-pressure environments
· 5.5 working days, Monday to Saturday
· Able to work in shifts
