Roles and Responsibilities
- Create original, eye-catching digital content that will be featured on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other upcoming platforms) to entice higher viewership.
- Manage and grow our social media presence through infographics, video creation and visual graphics that will support our content strategy.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings to drive higher digital traffic.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing and Human Resource to execute comprehensive content outline.
- Maintain a brand voice that is prominent on all our social media platforms and communication channels. Understanding of the unique trends and algorithms of the respective social media platform.
- Monitor and analyze the content strategy through metrics to better refine the engagement and conversion rates of platform viewers.
Qualification
- Attain at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or any related field.
- Having at least 1 year working experience in content creation or any related field.
- Possessing knowledge of the HR industry would be an added benefit to understand the organization better.
- Creative and highly passionate individuals to drive social media content direction.
- Independent and self-motivated to complete assigned tasks to achieve excelled content strategy.
- Strong time management skills to develop multiple content to support campaign initiatives.
- Adaptable and have a strong sense of collaboration to receive constructive feedback.
