Job Responsibilities
The Account's Manager role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from exisiting clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become a trusted advisor
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Software System(Monday.com) solution and connect with the clients.
- Proactively build and indentify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities(cross-sell,up-sell)
- Consult with customers on the internal process and implement internal promotion programs to generate awarness and drive usage of Software System(Monday.com)
Requirements
- Diploma Holder in any discpline.
- 1 year of Sales experience dealing with account management/ or consulting experience , B2B experience.
- Candidates with SAAS sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in other languages will also be an added advantage.
