E-commerce Management
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the e-commerce portal and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage end to end solution for e-commerce platforms comprising of:
o platform design & development
o content creation
o inventory management
o order management & fulfilment
o customer engagement
o last mile services coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, and Product Development to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Regularly update product information, pricing, images, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
• Manage platform subscribers including e-commerce customers’ comments, reviews and enquiries
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
• Plan & implement program to drive & improve lead generation, customer engagement, traffic and conversions for the on e-commerce platforms
Digital Marketing
• Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels to acquire and retain customers.
• Oversee the creation of digital content (e.g., website copy, blogs, social media posts)
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Min. diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Analytics / Digital Marketing / E-commerce or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in direct e-commerce operations with good digital knowledge of e-commerce platforms (i.e. Lazada, Redmart, Shopee, Qoo10 etc)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
• Working experience with Photoshop, Canva, web analytics tools is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, problem solving abilities and willing attitude.
