Responsibilities
- Plan and implement company marketing activities, including seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and offline promotions.
- Develop detailed strategies for marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as growth, operations, product management, and external event planning agencies to ensure success.
- Manage event budgets, maintain supplier relationships, and oversee logistics planning to ensure seamless execution.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing activities, prepare reports, create event SOPs, and take accountability for the performance and success of the events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience as an event coordinator or planner.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies, with up-to-date knowledge of event planning trends and best practices, and a thorough understanding of offline marketing and retail environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and in-depth market insights with valuable industry resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in supplier management, capable of independently managing multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of providing effective solutions and making quick decisions during events.
