Job Responsibilities
- Identify Singapore market trends, conduct product evaluations and market surveys
- Work with HQ on new product development proposal and materialize of idea
- Drafting of marketing collaterals, such as consumer leaflets, product labels and etc
- Liaise with HSA for product classification, voluntary notification of health supplements and traditional medicines, product listing of traditional Chinese medicines and medical advertisement and sales promotion permit
- Renewal of SFA import license
- Manage the process of importing products and adherence to regulation
- Documentation of product quality information like COA, Halal & GMP certifications and trademark registration record
- COA checking for incoming bulk
- Prepare training materials
- Conduct in-house product trainings for product advisors
- Conduct training for key account’s staffs such as Watsons, Metro and etc
- Conduct live, health & product seminars to the public
- Provide consultation about health issues, nutrition and healthy diet in response to customer enquiries
- Support sales colleagues when required or upon request
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Nutrition/Food Science/Dietetics or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in health supplement/pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
