Requirements
· Proven experience as an Application Support Engineer or similar role, with a focus on L3 support.
· Proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies such as Spring, Hibernate
· Solid understanding of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
· Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in the banking domain will be an added advantage
