- To bring new business by marketing the Dao By Dorsett name and concept ensure the given quota/targets set on sales call, room nights and room revenue is being met.
- Procure new and repeat business by monitoring contacts with corporate accounts
- Provide support to Director of Sales and entire staff by participating in meetings, provide updates on potential business, assist with client service issues, conducting property tours etc.
- Proactively drive revenue and secure business
- Anticipates and project sales forecast and monitor market trend
- Work collaboratively with operations team in all properties to deliver the best to all our clients.
- Established partnerships, initiate, renegotiate and established key accounts through annual RFP.
- Ensure efficient administration of the department is taking place to support all sales activities
- Manage special projects under the direction of Director of Sales
- Attend major sales networking and related functions
- To sell meeting space, seminar and our related cluster properties
- Manage time effectively by :
- Scheduling each week so that you are out of office on sales call between prime selling hours from 9.30 to 11.30am and 2 to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.
- Preparing brochure, rate sheets and presentations prior to meetings offices and areas on blitz with Director of Sales.
- Any other duties as directed.
