- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Develop and maintain change management tools, templates, and resources.
