Job Description:
· Liaise with internal depts.
· Teams to push for urgent remittance payments
· Perform calls on remittance payment status, returned funds / clarification
· Sorting of sources or filing
· Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
· Handle Remittance calls from customers in Mandarin/Cantonese
· This role will cover the expedition desk for internal stakeholders n perform service calls to confirm payment n also referral due to missing info by cx, and return payment due to incorrect or missing info, and service call notification, and any other adhoc assign
· Internal Desk Role requiring pulse checks on corporate transactions
