Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning daily/weekly production activities, work schedule for production staff.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Service Unit
- Coordinates/Arranges Deliveries
- Prepare necessary documents for servicing/delivery/collection & reports
- Liaises/Communicates with Customers on Delivery Requirements/Schedule
- Co-ordinate site activities on daily basis and monitor closely on work progress
- Conduct general maintenance, repair and upkeep of equipment, gadgets and instruments
- Able to manually carry and load products and correct repair or rework on defective product
- Ensure all work activities or operations are carried out safely and on schedule
- Trust, Proactive, Self-disciplined, Target oriented and loyal personality
- Good logical and structural thinking
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good team player, self-motivated and service-oriented.
- Perform other ad-hoc job duties as assigned by Superior/ Management
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
- Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experienced in Inventory software and systems (e.g. MYOB/RFID)
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (liaise with Chinese-speaking customers)
- Preferably with knowledge or license in Electrician or any certs that are equivalent in Singapore.
