Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation for training programs including booking of venue, liaising with training provider, promotion and registration for programs
- Preparation of powerpoint for training programs
- Attendance and following-up on training programs
- Updating and monitoring of advisers' Continuing Professional Development hours
- Monitoring and tracking of supervisory activities
- Assisting in training grants/subsidies application
- Supporting the Training & Competency department
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skill especially on Powerpoint & Excel.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good initiative, meticulous, well organised and able to work independently.
