Job Description
- Analyze factory capacity and customer demand across APAC
- Issue purchase orders and coordinate with factories and forwarders for stock replenishment and shipping.
- Optimize inventory levels by executing allocation strategies and prioritizing production orders.
- Review subsidiary orders for compliance with forecasts and inventory policies.
- Communicate pricing changes and maintain price lists between factories and subsidiaries.
- Manage SAP master data, including setting up prices and item codes.
- Conduct stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Implement inventory management policies for handling damaged goods, dead stock, and expired items.
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory health metrics.
- Manage reporting on inventory data and performance metrics.
- Oversee sample inventory and orders.
- Manage tender business and order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Min Diploma,
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analytic tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning.
- Regional work experience, in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
